Why a PDF is not a digital menu
Most QR codes on Portuguese tables open a PDF. The guest zooms, drags, gets lost on page three and waves at the waiter. A real digital menu is a light web page built for a phone screen: tabs per category, readable prices, allergen markers, and it loads in under a second even on weak terrace Wi-Fi.
What is included
Menu design in your restaurant's own identity, two languages included (usually Portuguese and English; German, French, Spanish or Italian added in a day), allergens and dish of the day that are easy to change, print-ready table QR codes, WhatsApp, call, Instagram and Google Maps buttons, and your Google Business Profile created or fixed so the restaurant shows on the map in every language.
How price changes work
Send the change by WhatsApp and it is live the same working day. On a care plan, monthly changes are included; without one, each batch of changes has a fixed price you know in advance. You are never locked in: the menu is yours, on your domain or on an address we give you.
Real examples on the Silver Coast
Marcianus Bar in Foz do Arelho had a long food, cocktail and gin list that changed with the season. Today the QR on the table opens the menu in Portuguese and English, split into tabs, and a new cocktail costs nothing to add. O Poleirinho in São Martinho do Porto swapped a menu trapped in a PDF for a page guests read at the counter.

How much does a digital QR menu cost?

Do I need an app or tablets?
No. The menu opens in the browser of the guest's phone when they scan the QR. Nothing to install for you or for them.
How many languages?
Two are included. Each extra language is from €90 and ready in a day. Pick the languages of the tourists you actually get.
What if I change prices next week?
Send us the list on WhatsApp and we update it the same working day. On the Base care plan (€39 a month) monthly changes are already included.
Does it work for cafés, bakeries and bars?
Yes. Same format: categories, prices, allergens and a button to call, book or order. It works for any business with a menu.
