Guests who have stayed before, people who saw you on Instagram and someone searching “holiday house near Óbidos” in German all need a place where they can see the house, the price, availability and a button to request a booking. The platforms hide your contact details; your own site shows them.
What is included
A gallery that loads fast even with many photos, descriptions of the house and the area in the right languages, an availability calendar synced to your iCal (Airbnb, Booking or other), direct booking requests by form or WhatsApp, a guest guide with check-in, Wi-Fi and recommendations, a map and directions, and the Google Business Profile so the house shows on the map.
The languages that actually matter
On the Silver Coast direct bookings come mostly from British, French, German and Spanish guests. The site ships with two languages and each extra one is added in a day. We write the descriptions like a host, not like a machine translation.

How much does a holiday rental website cost?

Can I take payments on the site?
Yes, if you want to. By default the site takes a booking request and you confirm by WhatsApp or e-mail; if you prefer, we connect a payment provider or a booking engine you already use.
Does the calendar sync with Airbnb and Booking?
Yes, through the iCal feeds those platforms provide. Booked dates appear on your site with no manual work.
Do I need an AL licence to have a website?
The site does not depend on it, but if you have an AL registration number we put it in the footer, as Portuguese law requires.
Is it worth it with only one or two houses?
One house with 30 direct-booked nights a year already saves more in commission than the site costs. After that it is profit.
