The situation
Casa Vagar is a private house in the green folds of Portugal’s Silver Coast — pool, pergola, birdsong, no hosts on site. That is a hard thing to sell from a listing platform, where every property is reduced to the same grid of amenities and a nightly rate.
What we built
A site built around the feeling rather than the feature list, with the photography carrying most of the weight. Dates and guest count sit in the first screen, so an enquiry is two taps from landing. It is in English only — a deliberate choice, because that is the language its guests arrive in.
What it does
It gives the house somewhere to send people that is not a listing platform taking a cut, and it answers the questions a guest actually has before booking a house with no reception desk.
