Two languages for the agreed content, with two consolidated rounds of changes. Additional languages start at €40 each, quoted for your content.

More pages, larger menus, extra languages, substantial new writing, custom functions and integrations can change the scope. We agree those costs in your proposal before you pay. Extra work begins only after you accept the quote.
Domain registration and renewals, email mailboxes and paid third-party services are separate unless your proposal includes them. Photography, brand design, live booking systems, payments and online shops are quoted separately from the standard packages. A booking-enquiry form collects requests; it does not confirm availability or complete a reservation.
Montra Care
€49/month, only if you opt in
Hosting, HTTPS, backups, monthly technical checks and up to 30 minutes of small updates per month. Routine updates are completed within two working days after we receive the content. A monthly traffic and enquiry summary is included where tracking is configured.
The 30 minutes cover the whole request across existing languages. Unused time does not roll over. New pages, redesigns, extra languages, full menu replacements and ongoing review management are quoted separately.
There is no automatic paid renewal and no minimum term. Cancel by email, effective at the end of the paid month. We hand over your files and help point the domain to your chosen hosting, whose fees you pay. Your site stays online for up to 30 days after the included or paid period ends to allow the transfer.

These totals exclude any applicable VAT and separate domain, email or third-party charges. If you do not continue Care, pay the build cost plus your chosen host’s charges after the included period. Your actual scope and quote determine your final total.
You keep the rights to the content you supply. After full payment, you receive a permanent, worldwide, transferable licence to use, copy, modify and host the site for your business, with or without Montra. The design and text created specifically for you are exclusive to your business. Our reusable tools and components remain ours; third-party assets retain their own licences.
Domain connection is included. Domains and accounts are registered in your name wherever possible. If we register one on your behalf, it can be transferred to you on request once the related invoices are paid.
Pay 50% on acceptance and 50% on delivery, before publication. Your agreed timeline begins once we receive the deposit, brief and main content. Launch prices apply to agreements accepted by 31 December 2026.
Prices exclude any applicable VAT. Our terms provide for the Portuguese small-business VAT exemption while it applies; we confirm the VAT treatment in your proposal before payment and show it on your invoice.
The existing 30-day money-back guarantee covers build fees from acceptance until 30 days after delivery. Agreed third-party costs and care months already started are excluded. See the terms for the full conditions.
